Description
Spurred by rampant allegations of police abuse in Newark, New Jersey, a city with an exceptionally high crime-rate, reporter Jelani Cobb goes on patrol with the Newark Police Department to gain first-hand understanding of what officers deal with on a daily basis. Officers discuss their point of view regarding police-civilian confrontations.
